Pharma Herbs is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, courier disruptions, or incorrect address input. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

We currently deliver PAN India through trusted courier partners.
Pharma Herbs – Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products, we do not accept returns once an item is delivered.
1. No Return Policy
To ensure product safety, hygiene, and integrity
- Returns are not allowed on opened or sealed products.
- All sales are final unless the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In case of a damaged, expired, or wrongly delivered product:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos of the issue to support@pharmaherbs.com
- Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund at our discretion
3. Refund Process (If Applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. For urgent changes, contact us immediately after placing the order.
